Christmas 2013

Sorry for no posts from me! I blame it on the fact I got a new computer and it crashed a day after I got it!  Then I had to wait for a new one to get here!  Plus I just started a 90 day fitness challenge (finished day 5 today!) and signed up to be a Jamberry consultant!

It’s hard to believe Christmas was only a few weeks ago!

We sadly all had the stomach flu the weekend before – and poor Dave ended up in emergency on Sunday night – thankfully we were mostly better by Christmas Eve!  My side of the family has always celebrated Christmas on Christmas Eve & I’ve always loved that tradition! 

So we went to my parents house and GGMA (Great Grandma) and my cousin Ryan and his wife Brittany and their son Logan were all there!

On Christmas morning – Dave, Finley and I got up and opened presents!

This is easily one of my favorite 1st Christmas pictures – Finley was SO excited about his new car!

and he was also pretty excited about Daddies new guitar!

My parents came over after we were all finished and we had homemade cinnamon buns and did a bit more present opening!

Then we were off to Nanaimo to my BFF’s house for Christmas dinner!

It was a lovely delicious (dairy free) dinner with good friends!

And lastly – a Winery here started doing amazing family events here this year!  So we went to the “North Pole” and saw Santa!  It was FREEZING this night – so we are all super bundled (and it was in an open barn)! 

It was a great first Christmas – missing a few key people of course!    Hope you enjoyed this post!
